I think they shpud still be punished but may be a little bit lighter but not scott free. because they can do basically do what ever they want.

They did get the 15 year old responsible but as he is 15 there is not much in the way of punishment that can be dealt to him. What do you think about teenagers committing crimes and being (basically) able to get away with it because they are under 18?

Do you think that it’s really a competition when there are only a couple of bands competing in some sections?
Kaitlyn you need to think more carefully about your use of capitals and whether you should use ‘is’ or ‘are’.
